All interested candidates have to submit the duly filled nomination forms (indicating the post they are contending for) to the Election Commissioner or to Prof. Sanjay Chaudhary latest by 1600 hrs Jan 11, 2008.

The election commissioner shall preside at the elections, in the absence of fulfillment of this condition the Branch Counselor shall preside at the election. It would be held on 17th Jan, 2008 at 1600 Hrs at IEEE Office, Room no - 012, SAC-2.

All IEEE members, willing to cast their vote will have to bring along with them their IEEE Membership card or IEEE Membership Number (Incase of renewal or a new member), on verification of which a student shall be allowed to cast his/her vote.
