Mr. Dipendra Singh Rawal

Mr. D. S. Rawal has done M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1990 from University of Roorkee (Now I.I.T. Roorkee). He is working in the area of GaAs based MMIC Technology since last 15 years. Presently he is working as Senior Scientist in Solid State Physics Laboratory, Delhi for the development of HEMT based Technology.   He has published more than 35 research papers in various international journals and conferences.
