Rao (Inventor of popularly known transform DCT) is visiting Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar from 09-01-2006 to 12-01-2006. During his visit Prof. Rao is conducting a Workshop on MPEG - History and Current Trends.
