Summer School 2015

June 1 to June 6, 2015

Summer school is IEEE SB DAIICT’s technological initiative to break the stereotype of a nonproductive summer for budding engineers from all across the country. Summer school is a hub for all engineers of tomorrow to come together today – learn, innovate, implement and solve some existing common social problems. It is only when these future engineers interact that new ideas come into being and Summer School is a place for such interaction.

Summer School’14 saw a wide array of people come together to learn Unity + Kinect, and as a result made some amazing games in a period of just 15 days.

Summer School’15 is here with even better track, IoT - that will make real life things come alive.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical objects or "things" embedded with electronics, to enabling it to achieve greater value and service by exchanging data with the manufacturer, operator and/or other connected devices. Each thing is uniquely identifiable through its embedded computing system but is able to inter-operate within the existing Internet infrastructure.

Why should I enroll, you ask? These are all technologies of the future. They’re skills you’ll learn, they’re things you can build upon. You’ll enjoy learning this and you’ll love the memories that we’ll make. Plus you can call any of your friends, college or outside, and you can all have a productive summer to remember. Don’t miss the chance!
