The participants in the Seminar would be provided free accommodation in institute hall of residence. This arrangement will be on a twin sharing basis. Provision is made for female participants also in women's hall of residence. To avail this facility you are requested to indicate your preference in the registration form without fail. There are limited seats available under this arrangement. So preference shall be given on first come first basis.

Those, who do not want to be accommodated in above, need to arrange accommodation on their own for themselves.

However, Organization Committee may assist you in advance bookings for your accommodation as per your request in several hotels in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad. A list of some hotels can be found below. For participation convenience, Hotel Haveli at Gandhinagar is well located. It is only 3 kms. away from DA-IICT Campus.
